The TR40A is a 6 mm pre-polarized condenser microphone used for test and measurement applications. The TR40 is known for its linearity, accurate response, consistency, ease of use and affordability.

Characterized with a uniformly controlled omni-directional polar pattern, the TR40A is designed to capture acoustical measurements for room analysis software programs, real time analyzers, and other sound control devices. With a wide frequency range of 20 Hz - 20 kHz, it is an excellent tool for sound engineers and sound companies.

Requiring 9 - 52 Volts phantom power for operation, the TR40A features a brass body with black e-coat finish and includes a mic clip and carrying pouch.
